“I sustained an ankle injury that meant I had to stop doing any exercise on my feet! I couldn't stand up to do weights training. I was an active person who was disappointed to learn how quickly I started losing muscle and muscle tone. “I have seen steady weight loss on my journey with Nathan. whilst that is mainly diet related, Nathan has encouraged me along my weight loss journey. In terms of my fitness levels he has pushed me in my cardio and weight training: I can now lift heavier and have the ability to do cardio workouts I wouldn't have dreamed of doing before. Nathan also recommended that I see a physio for ongoing knee pain, which essentially changed my life and i would have never come up with that on my own. He’s probably the best trainer I have worked with. He pushes and encourages you along and does weekly check ins with you. He also introduced me to boxing which I absolutely love. He's challenged me to dig deep and find my inner athlete (literally).
